Set up a monitor
Create one monitor per issue, with press queries, X searches in their usual syntax and Telegram terms. Add context, a timeline and reference links if useful.

Oteaya collects the coverage
Google News and Bing News are checked every few minutes, with dates verified against the original publisher. X is monitored live, alongside public Telegram channels we follow, including messages from before you created the monitor.

Focus on what matters
Each item is classified by relevance, topic and priority against your issue brief. Get sound alerts for priority outlets, use keyboard shortcuts and export to CSV.
What to know
- Analysis does not verify facts
- Analysis helps prioritise reading. It indicates whether an item is about your issue and merits attention, not whether it is true. Each label includes a confidence level, and nothing is hidden unless you choose to hide it.
- Telegram covers public channels only
- Oteaya reads the public channels we already follow. Contact us if you need a channel that is not covered, and we will consider it.
- Your data stays yours
- Each organisation can see only its own monitors. Collected data is kept for the period included in your plan, then deleted.
- No long-term commitment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly, with an invoice for your organisation, and you can cancel at any time from the billing portal.
